These series of works is an introspective take on waist. I initially began documenting trash and creating collages with waist materials as a creative way to preserve their cosmetic properties. The act of doing so became a catalyst for personal reflections on my own consumption and wasteful practices, giving these pieces symbolic meaning on a global culture of overconsuption.
